Join us at the Steelcase Showroom for an evening dedicated to career readiness and professional growth! This event brings together SOME-CET students, mentors, and staff for a high-impact session designed to sharpen interview skills and polish resumes.
In collaboration with CCIFMA volunteers, candidates will participate in a variety of mock interview formats to prepare for real-world hiring scenarios, including:
- One-on-Two Interviews: Personalized feedback from multiple perspectives.
- Two-on-Two Interviews: Simulating team-based panel evaluations.
- Remote Interviews: Mastering the art of the virtual meeting.
Beyond the interviews, we will host a Resume Confidence Building Session to help students transform their experience into a compelling professional narrative. The evening will conclude with an insightful Panel Discussion and an inspiring Guest Keynote Speaker to send our candidates off with the tools they need to succeed.
