Join the IFMA Capital Chapter in celebrating World FM Day and the important contributions and achievements of the facility management community. Facility Managers keep our facilities healthy, safe, and productive and we recognize this isn’t always easy.

We are excited to have a guest speaker, Rob Clark, author of Everyday Resilience for Everyday Heroes, joining us to talk about how we can overcome our everyday challenges and move forward with a positive attitude. We all have the capacity for resilience. Sometimes, we just need a little encouragement.

Rob’s book highlights the four major facets of resiliency: Adversity, Perspective, Passion, and Appreciation. Resilience is not complicated. But just because it is simple does not mean it is easy. We all face a spectrum of challenges in our own lives. Everyday Resilience for Everyday Heroes provides us with the structure and the strength we need to move forward with courage.
