The 17XM project is a great example of what can be accomplished when owners, designers, builders, and technology partners collaborate early and often on a project to deliver exceptional user experience and streamline facility tasks. Siemens is happy to present the process to get a project like this out of the ground, the lessons learned along the way, and how a cohesive technology package improves the O&M contractor's ability to service the building and its tenants. The technology provided in this project is truly one of a kind in that it connects the OT and IT systems in the building to provide a single platform that facilities can utilize to ensure building performance. By integrating the building systems into one platform and utilizing shared data across different systems, the building is set up to continuously optimize itself and streamline operations.
