Facility management (FM) is a profession that encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of the built environment by integrating people, place, process and technology. - IFMA

As a senior Facility and Workplace Manager I have learned to use interdisciplinary skills to add value to the services offered by the companies I work with while also reducing overhead costs. Whether it is traditional FM work such as building engineering and food services, or more integrative Workplace concepts like the creation and management of innovation spaces for staff, I am constantly striving for new ways to create continuous improvement. A new generation is joining the workforce and they are demanding more out of their space. They understand the integration of technology with their environment, and I get the opportunity to make that experience a reality.

I believe that the future of facilities management is not exclusively in the design and maintenance of space but in the strategic alignment of space and services to the organization's goals and culture. My past experiences working in the built environment has made me an expert in aligning people, places, process and technology for my clients. Managing daily operations and forecasting future needs as my client organizations evolve, I have learned the importance of being dynamic in the workplace. My passion is partnering with my clients and help them thrive.
