Most FMs and HR professionals have been very engaged in planning their firms’ pending “re-entry” to their offices. Others have already begun to come back to their offices, while some never left. But there is a bigger question that must be answered that will provide context for how we come back... "How will our company conduct its business in the future beyond COVID?" During the past year we have learned a lot about our various company cultures’ ability to support remote work, remain operationally ready, keep the revenue flowing and maintain reasonable profits - or just hang in there until we can. So then what?

We will discuss what your workplace should look like in the future, when things get back to some version of normalcy. Can we have most of our teams work remotely? Do we have the IT infrastructure to support this? Does it fit our business model? How do we maintain our culture? Gary will share some basic premises of how some of his clients (different businesses in different geography) are aligned. While different, all have some semblance of a similar take on what their businesses and cultures can withstand or better yet, how they can thrive.
